Sowing seed of trade link

A TRANSATLANTIC project aimed at stimulating trade and cultural links between Scotland and the United States is being launched with a tree-planting exercise at the Royal Botanic Garden next Tuesday.

The event was mirrored at Knoxville Botanical Gardens in January.

Richard Lochhead, Secretary for Rural Affairs and the Environment will act as guest of honour. He will be accompanied by the US Consul General.
